Play At Scale Services, a DBA of PASS LLC, operates this website. The current site is a static informational website hosted through GitHub Pages.
Information you choose to provide
If you email Play At Scale, schedule a meeting through a linked scheduling provider, register for a class or webcast, make a payment through a third-party checkout provider, or otherwise contact us, the information you submit is handled through the applicable service you choose to use.
Third-party services
The site may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including scheduling, CannaCon registration, payment processors, Zoom, Google services, and Vimeo. Those providers may collect information under their own privacy terms.
Payments
Play At Scale does not intend to collect or store payment-card data directly through GitHub Pages. Future online payments should be processed through a secure hosted payment or registration provider.
Video and webcast services
Embedded or linked Vimeo videos, Zoom registration pages, Google Meet or Calendar pages, and similar services may collect device, account, or usage information as described in their own policies.
Analytics and cookies
The base website package does not require advertising pixels or behavioral tracking. If analytics, advertising, newsletter tools, or additional embedded services are added later, this notice should be updated before deployment.
